1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyAULeads ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

BuyAULeads provides a self-service platform for purchasing aged lead data. Leads are contact records of individuals who opted in through digital advertising campaigns related to property and superannuation services in Australia.

3. Aged Leads Disclosure

All leads sold on this platform are aged leads. This means they were generated at an earlier date and are not real-time or freshly generated. Lead data is provided "as-is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all contact details are current or that individuals are still actively seeking services.

4. Non-Exclusive Leads

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all leads are sold on a non-exclusive basis. The same lead data may be purchased by multiple buyers. Our system prioritises distributing leads that have been sold fewer times.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing leads, you agree to:

  • Use the data in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
  • Comply with the Spam Act 2003, which prohibits sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages without appropriate consent
  • Check the Do Not Call Register before making telemarketing calls
  • Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the lead data to any third party
  • Not use the data for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Implement appropriate data security measures to protect the lead data

6. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is made by bank transfer or card via the invoice we send you after you submit a request. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect previously confirmed invoices.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of lead data, refunds are not available once leads have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact our support team for assistance. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuyAULeads provides lead data "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee conversion rates, response rates, or the accuracy of individual lead records. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse lead data, or engage in activities that harm our platform or reputation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
